Curvilinear regression was exercised to test the first hypothesis and MANOVA was performed to test the second hypothesis, resulting in a positive support of the above hypotheses. Results showed that leadership traits had significant, moderate affinity with resilience and there was a significant difference in managing resilience of Gen Y individuals based on their leadership traits. This paper explored the flexi-behavior of young leaders, unveiling a sparsely discussed concept of how resilience can be managed in millennialleaders.
